The Creamy Vanilla flavour is smooth and subtle not overly sweet, not artificial, and easy to drink on its own with just water or almond milk. What I really appreciate is that it doesn’t feel heavy or bloating. It blends well (a quick shake or blend is enough) and the addition of mushrooms makes it feel like more than just a standard protein powder there’s a grounded, steady kind of energy from it rather than a spike. I’ve been using it post-workout and as a quick breakfast when I’m busy, and it keeps me satisfied for a good few hours. If you use protein regularly, I’d recommend going for the larger size for better value it lasts well if you’re having it 3–4 times a week. Overall, clean ingredients, great taste, and something I’ll definitely reorder."
