Withania somnifera herbal extract equivalent to fresh root 500mg/Ml, a fresh herb 1:2 menstruum ratio.We prepare our Ashwagandha extract from the fresh root of certified organic Withania somnifera which is grown, harvested, and extracted on an organic and biodynamic farm. We believe fresh plant herbal extracts have an unrivalled vibrancy, and our approach delivers unparalleled traceability.
Adults:Take 2mL by measure 3 times a day, best taken with food or as professionally prescribed. Not to be used in children under 2 years without medical advice. A glass graduated pipette (mL) is supplied for easy measurement.
Shake bottle well before use. This herbal extract has a strong natural flavour, and we suggest mixing with water. The expiry date is shown on the bottle and the extract should be used within three months of opening.
