Aged Fermented Black Garlic is often described as having a treasure trove of potential health benefits. Our fresh black garlic bulbs undergo a low thermal heat fermentation process that lasts up to 50 days. Our Aged Fermented Black Garlic Its then extracted and standardised to >0.1% S-Allyl-Cysteine (SAC), the predominant antioxidant. The fermentation process results in a extract powder with a milder taste , it does not cause bad breath and is gentle on the stomach.
Each serve is the equivalent to dry 6g

We offer our Aged Fermented Black Garlic extract powder in 300ml violet glass jars. These wide neck jars are specially designed to be 100% airtight with a cushion seal for lasting freshness. The Biphotonic glass filters sunlight only allowing infra-red and UVA light through. This preserves the effectiveness of light sensitive powders. We encourage customers to reuse the jars. We also offer a resealable airtight pouch.
