This is now my second jar of Shilajit. I am middle aged and menopausal and Shilajit has definitely helped with brain fog/clarity, energy, moods and sleep. It's easy to take, I dissolve in hot water with honey but it tastes as it smells, not great but small compromise.

How To Use
Remove your jar of shilajit resin and mesuring spoon from the tube.
Dip the stainless steel measuring spoon (supplied) into the resin unti it reaches the line marked 0.25 (250mg).
Place the measuring spoon on the side of the glass and let the resin dissolve into the water.
Once fully dissolved, stir until the resin has been mixed evenly, then drink
