On November 20th and 21st 2025, every order placed on the Evolution Botanicals website will automatically be entered into our Random Refund Giveaway. Once you place an order you are entered automatically with no extra steps required.
Each day, 10 orders will be randomly drawn to receive a refund of up to $400. If your order total is under $400, including shipping, you will be refunded the full amount of your order. For example, if your order costs $160 and your order is randomly drawn, you will receive a refund of $160. If your order total is over $400, you will receive a refund of $400. For example, if you place an $800 order and your order is randomly drawn, you will receive a refund of $400.
Customers may cancel their order at any time before the daily winners are announced. After the announcement time, cancellations will not be accepted.
Daily winners will be announced on our Instagram page @evolutionbotanicals at 10:00 AM AEDT on Friday November 21st 2025 and Saturday November 22nd 2025.

Promotion Period This promotion runs on Thursday 20 November 2025 and Friday 21 November 2025.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The promotion is open to customers who place an order through the Evolution Botanicals online store during the Promotion Period. 1.2. Employees of Evolution Botanicals and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. How the Promotion Works
2.1. On each day of the Promotion Period, 10 orders will be randomly drawn to receive a refund. 2.2. Each drawn order will receive a refund of up to a maximum of AUD $400. 2.3. If the order total is under AUD $400, including shipping costs, the customer will receive a refund equal to the full amount of the order. For example, if a customer places a $160 order and it is randomly drawn, the refund will be $160. 2.4. If the order total exceeds AUD $400, the customer will receive a refund of AUD $400. For example, if a customer places an $800 order and it is randomly drawn, the refund will be $400. 2.5. Shipping costs are included in the refundable amount where applicable.
3. Refund Payment
3.1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. 3.2. Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s payment provider.
4. Order Cancellations
4.1. Customers may cancel their order at any time before the winners for that day are announced. 4.2. No cancellations will be accepted after the winner announcement time. 4.3. Orders cancelled after the announcement time are not eligible for a refund under this promotion.
5. Winner Announcements
5.1. Winners for orders placed on Thursday 20 November 2025 will be announced on Friday 21 November 2025 at 10:00 AM AEDT. 5.2. Winners for orders placed on Friday 21 November 2025 will be announced on Saturday 22 November 2025 at 10:00 AM AEDT. 5.3. All winner announcements will be posted publicly on the Evolution Botanicals Instagram page at @evolutionbotanicals. 5.4. By participating, customers consent to their order number being publicly shared for announcement purposes. Only the order number will be shared. Customer names and any other personal information will not be disclosed.
6. General Conditions
6.1. Evolution Botanicals reserves the right to verify the validity of any order and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the order process or attempts to interfere with the promotion. 6.2. Evolution Botanicals is not responsible for technical issues, payment errors or other problems that prevent an order from being completed. 6.3. Evolution Botanicals may modify, suspend or terminate the promotion without notice 6.4. Participation in this promotion indicates the customer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolution Botanicals excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
