Schisandra Summer Strawberries 🍓🍓🍓

If you’re looking for a simple & delicious summer snack this one is for you!

1 punnet of strawberries, cut into quarters
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of Evolution Botanicals Schisandra
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
Mint leaves to top

Mix the strawberries, brown sugar, Schisandra and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Let it rest for 30 minutes for the flavours to combine. Serve into bowls and top with Greek yoghurt and some mint. This is the perfect summer snack or dessert rich with antioxidants and adaptogenic properties. Simply divine, Enjoy!

I Cup Watermelon Cubed
6 Mint Leaves
1 tsp of Evolution Botanicals Schisandra
Ice
Soda Water to finish
Mint Leaves to garnish

Simply blend watermelon, mint, ice and Schisandra in a blender, pour into a glass over a little more ice, top with Soda Water and garnish with extra mint leaves.  So cool and refreshing, packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, fabulous any time of the day.
