1 cup virgin cacao butter
1/2 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
Himalayan Salt (add to taste 1/2-1tsp)
2 Teaspoons of Evolution Botanicals Organic Reishi Mushroom Extract
Nut butter (We love Macadamia Butter)
O N E : Boil water in a saucepan (to produce hot steam) and place a large bowl on top, making sure that the water doesn't touch the bottom of the bowl.
T W O : In this bowl, combine cacao butter and maple syrup and stir until cacao butter is melted then sift cacao powder and Reishi on top and whisk until combined. Note, do not let water into your yummy mixture.
T H R E E : Half fill your moulds or a lined container with Chocolate mix, keep half of you mix for the final top up.
F O U R : Add nut butter on top
F I V E : Pour the other half of the chocolate mixture on top
S I X : Place into the freezer to set
Store in the freezer. Enjoy.
